3. Enter the contest here. Submit your photo entry wearing your fave outfit (from any brand.) To submit, completely fill-out the Entry Form, answer the question and attach your photo entry.

4. Share away and tell all your friends to be a fan of Ensembles facebook page to be able to like your photo HERE!

5. The entry with the best answer and most number of likes by the time we announce, wins!

PRIZES

Grand Prize – All Expense Paid 3 Days 2 Nights Boracay Trip (with hotel accommodation, Airport-Hotel-Airport land transfers, breakfast, and Roundtrip Airfare for two via ZestAir.)

2 consolation prizes – Php1,000 worth of Ensembles GC each

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Individuals must read the Terms and Conditions of this promotion before participating in the contest. Joining in the contest means that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
2. The only entries valid are the ones from the followers/fans of Ensembles.
3. This contest is open to Philippine residents only. Employees of Ensembles and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. This contest starts on January 16, 2011. We will announce the deadline of submission/posting of entries when we reach 20,000 likes.
5. A person can only submit or post one (1) entry/photo.
6. We will announce the three (3) entries with the most number of “likes” that get to the finals! (We will tally your likes daily.)
7. We will choose the Grand Winner from the three (3) finalists. The photo/entry from the 3 finalists with the best answer/caption wins the contest. Grand winner’s name will be announced in Ensembles’ facebook wall.
8. The Grand winner gets the Boracay Trip Prize. The two (2) finalists will get a consolation prize of Php 1,000 worth of Gift Certificate from Ensembles. Redemption of consolation prizes is within 60 days from date of notification. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
9. Trip to Boracay prize inclusions: 3 days / 2 nights hotel accommodation, breakfast, Airport-Hotel-Airport land transfers, & Roundtrip Airfare for two via ZestAir.
10. Pocket money, terminal fees, environmental fees, food, shopping, etc. are not included in the prize.
11. Travel date of the grand prize is valid from May 10 until July 31, 2012 (except peak & embargo dates) and is subject to availability. The winner of the Boracay trip should advise his/her FINAL travel date within 10 days from date of notification.
12. When claiming the prizes, the winners must present the printed notice/e-mail plus two (2) valid ID’s.
13. Prizes shall be claimed at Elite Garments International office, 996 Pablo Ocampo Sr. St., Malate,Manila. For provincial winners, prizes shall be claimed at the nearest Ensembles store as identified in the registered mail.
14. If you cancel or choose not to use the prize then you are not entitled to a refund. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
15. No cheating. No automatic likes. No facebook bots. We honor the spirit as well as the specific terms of the contest and we expect the same of you. If you violate the intent of any of the terms of this Agreement, you will be disqualified without any prior notice.
16. Ensembles shall not be liable to any participant for any loss before, during and after the contest. This includes money, any valuable things, tickets, etc.
17. The company reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not approved with the instructions or Terms and Conditions.
18. Ensembles reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of its promotions (and any Standard Ensembles Terms and Conditions) at its discretion.
